
Carol Lucas
General Psychologist
Carol is a generally registered psychologist who provides psychology services and behaviour management to clients of all ages. Carol has worked with clients with mental health and developmental diagnoses including anxiety, depression, prolonged grief, attachment difficulties, schizophrenia, autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and developmental delay.
Carol can provide cognitive, academic and behavioural assessments for children and adults, and screeners for neurodevelopmental conditions. Carol uses trauma informed and neurodiversity affirming approaches.
Carol has a warm, client focused and strengths-based approach. In her practice, Carol uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Circle of Security parenting interventions.
Outside of work, Carol enjoys time with family, yoga, bush walking, art and theatre.
