Rate Change from the 29th of May

Our Better Life clients are our top priority and, as such, we strive to offer the best levels of care while keeping our rates as stable as possible.

Inflation and rising costs in healthcare mean that we have to raise our rates to keep pace. We have kept the increase as low as we can, in most cases rates have only been adjusted for inflation.

From the 29th of May 2023, Rates will be increased by approximately 5% and there will remain a $10 surcharge on a Saturday. For clients under the NDIS, fees will remain in line with the NDIS Fee Schedule.
