When our staff get stressed, some of the actions we take are:

  • Take a walk

  • Go for skip

  • Read a book

  • Sit in the sun

  • Watch the stars

  • Wash the day off in the shower

  • Go to yoga

  • Phone a friend

  • Mindful colouring or craft

  • Cooking or baking

  • Spend time in the garden

  • Cuddle your dog or the neighbour’s pet

  • Buy some flowers

  • Watch your favourite show

  • Have a nap

  • Have a massage

  • Cozy up in bed with a tea
