Margie enjoys working with adults of all ages, genders and backgrounds.  She is passionate about helping people overcome obstacles in their lives as she believes most people desire to reach their potential, but at different points in their life need support to get there. Margie is passionate about helping people develop a healthier relationship with their inner-critic, men’s mental health and how the body-mind connection contribute to overall wellbeing.  Margie also has extensive experience with individuals experiencing a change in their career and employment and has recent experience working with people supported through the NDIS.


Margie is also an exceptional workshop facilitator for workplaces wanting to support employee wellbeing and performance through times of stress and change.


Margie believes it is important to create a safe, and compassionate therapeutic environment for clients to explore their concerns and goals. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Solution Focussed Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness and Coaching modalities.
